1. Workshop Registration

By registering for the ThirdEyeCinematics cinematography masterclass, you agree to these terms and conditions. Registration is completed upon submission of the registration form and payment of the workshop fee.

2. Payment & Fees

• Full payment is required to secure your spot in the workshop
• All fees are in USD and subject to applicable state and local taxes
• Payment must be made through our authorized payment processor
• Workshop fees are non-transferable except as stated in our refund policy

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30+ days before workshop: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
• 14-29 days before workshop: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days: No refund, but may transfer to future session (subject to availability)
• Organizer cancellation: Full refund or credit toward future workshop

4. Workshop Schedule & Content

We reserve the right to:

• Modify workshop schedule, curriculum, or instructors as needed
• Cancel the workshop due to insufficient enrollment (minimum 10 participants)
• Change venue within the New York metropolitan area with 14 days notice

4a. Workshop Schedule Change Disclaimer

Policy Regarding Event Date and Location Changes

While ThirdEyeCinematics is committed to the published annual schedule, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally necessitate a change to a workshop's announced dates or specific venue location within a scheduled city.

In the event that ThirdEyeCinematics is required to change the published dates or the city location for a specific workshop after a participant has registered and paid, the following policy will apply:

• Immediate Notification: All registered participants will be notified of the change via the email address provided during registration no less than thirty (30) days prior to the original start date.
• Full Refund Guarantee: Participants will have the option to accept the new dates/location or request a full refund of all registration fees paid.
• Refund Processing: Requests for a full refund must be made in writing within seven (7) days of receiving the change notification. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the written request.

5. Age Requirement

Participants must be 18 years or older. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has also registered for the workshop.

6. Intellectual Property

• All workshop materials, presentations, and content are copyrighted
• Personal use only - no reproduction or distribution without written permission
• You retain rights to work created during the workshop
• We may use workshop photos/videos for marketing purposes (you may opt out)

7. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain professional behavior. We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

• Disrupts the learning environment
• Engages in harassment or discrimination
• Violates venue rules or safety protocols
• No refund will be provided for removal due to misconduct

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or venue unavailability. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or full refund.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in New York County courts.
